VRT offers fare-free bus service for Post Malone concertgoers
Hop on. Post up.
VRT is making it easy to attend the upcoming Post Malone concert by offering fare-free bus service for all ticketholders, along with expanded service hours and Park & Ride options for easy access. The concert, scheduled for June 24 at Albertsons Stadium, is expected to draw thousands of fans. To support safe, sustainable, and convenient travel, VRT is partnering with Boise State University to make public transit a go-to option for attendees. Concertgoers are encouraged to arrive early, check route information in advance, and download the Umo app to streamline their trip.

How to ride
Download the Umo Mobility app and select “Valley Regional Transit.”
- Tap the navigation menu
and select Redeem Benefit Code.
- Enter WGF2-JGCR to redeem your discounted fare. (Note: the code will only be available to use on the day of the concert)
- Tap Redeem Code to add the code to your account.
- Tap “Show Code” on the homescreen under “My Wallet” and hold in front of the Umo reader at the front of the bus to board.
The Umo App automatically applies your benefit code. The code is good for any rider, whether you’ve used the Umo app before or not!

Congratulations! VRT’s routes 2, 3, and 29 are perfect options to get you to and from the show. We’ll also be extending service and adding buses to the evening trips to get you home safely.
VRT will operate regular service on these routes all day, with extra service at the end of the concert for up to an hour.

Don’t do Circles in the parking lot! Fans can park for free at the following Park & Ride lots and get dropped off at the Albertson’s Stadium! Parking is available starting at 6:30 AM on concert day.
